How do I manage my subscription?
Check your subscription in MY. Manage or cancel it through the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds follow each store's policy. If you bought through the Apple App Store, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; if through Google Play, contact Google Play support. For anything else, write to support@moondiary.app.
How long is the free trial?
Check the app for trial periods and AI usage limits. Some features have usage limits or require a subscription. Current prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
Is my data safe?
Check-ins and diary/dream text are stored on your device. Diary and dream AI results are saved locally; some results, including your saju reading, are retained on our server to provide the service. Inputs needed for AI analysis are sent to our server and AI providers. Keep a separate copy before changing devices.
I want to delete my account.
Request deletion in MY → Settings and account. Device records are also cleaned up after account deletion, with a retry if cleanup fails. Store subscriptions are not cancelled automatically; cancel them separately.
Which languages do you support?
Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Vietnamese and Thai. The app follows your device language and you can also change it in the app.
Backup and restore
In MY → Records and storage, save the encrypted backup and recovery code separately. On a device signed into the same account, use the file and code to add missing records without replacing existing ones. Includes photos and saved analyses, up to 20 MiB of photos and 10,000 records. A lost code cannot be recovered; old JSON exports cannot be imported. Drafts, settings, login and purchases are excluded.
