Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the Moonlight Story app. Here's how.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Moonlight Story app.
- Tap MY in the bottom tab bar.
- Choose MY → Settings and account → Delete account.
- Read the notice, then choose Delete.
What gets deleted
- Account details (email, nickname, date of birth, MBTI)
- Metadata held on the server (diary and dream dates, moods, element readings, daily readings)
- Subscription details and notification settings
Account deletion also removes records on this device. If cleanup fails, the app offers a retry. Manage exported files yourself and cancel store subscriptions separately.
Cancelling your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. To avoid further charges, cancel the subscription in your store settings before you delete the account.
