소리가 들리지 않아요
기기 미디어 음량과 앱의 목소리·배경음 음량을 확인해 주세요. 외국어 목소리는 처음 한 번 인터넷으로 내려받습니다. 내려받기가 실패하면 기본 배경음만으로 쉴 수 있습니다.
기록을 옮기고 싶어요
설정에서 백업 파일을 내보내고 다른 기기에서 불러오세요. 백업은 암호화되지 않았으므로 안전하게 보관하세요. 계정 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다.
기록과 집계를 지우고 싶어요
설정에서 기록 전체 삭제 또는 익명 사용 횟수 공유 끄기를 선택할 수 있습니다. 집계를 꺼도 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다.

All features are free. There are no ads or purchases.
No sound?
Check your device media volume and separate voice/sound controls. English and other additional voices require an initial download. Bundled background sounds work without downloading voices.
Moving or deleting records
Export a backup in Settings and import it on another device. Backups are unencrypted: keep them safe. There is no account sync. Erase records or disable anonymous counts in Settings; all features remain available.
Get help
Email support@moondiary.app with your device, app version and the problem. Do not send private notes or health information. Moonrest is for everyday relaxation, not sleep measurement, diagnosis or treatment.
